Is Hanware Cash GoBD- and TSE-compliant?
Yes. Hanware Cash meets the requirements of the German KassenSichV with an integrated TSE (technical security device, Epson), records all transactions in line with GoBD and exports DSFinV-K data for tax audits at the push of a button. Every receipt carries the TSE signature.
Do I get software and hardware from one source?
Yes. On request we supply the complete all-in-one solution: touch POS terminal, receipt printer, cash drawer, barcode scanner, card terminal connection and scale. All components are matched to each other and are installed and set up at your premises.
Does Hanware Cash work with Hanware Business ERP?
Yes. Hanware Cash and Hanware Business ERP work on the same database - no import, no export. Items, prices, stock and customers are available at the till immediately, and sales flow directly into the ERP.
How quickly is the cash register ready for use?
With a standard configuration, in one to two days. We deliver the hardware preconfigured, install the TSE, set up the receipt printer, cash drawer and card terminal and train your staff in two to three hours. With several branches or individual requirements, the time depends on the scope.
Is the software available in English?
No. The software and our support are in German, and the compliance features described here (TSE, DSFinV-K) refer to German requirements. If you are interested in using Hanware Cash outside Germany or with an international team, please contact us - we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.
